Meet Our Team
Since 2011, Dr. Susan Barr and Dr. Sallie Oliphant have been building a unique women's care team in Arkansas staffed by female practitioners. As women, we know women. We will listen to you with empathy and patience, providing expertise that improves your quality of life.

Dr. Susan Barr
MD, FACOG
Dr. Barr, a urogynecologist in Little Rock, returned home to Arkansas in 2011 and became the state’s first fellowship-trained and board-certified urogynecologist. Her advanced training in gynecologic, urologic, and colorectal surgical techniques allows her to undertake comprehensive treatment of pelvic floor disorders. She is humbled to help educate women about the normalcy of these conditions and to offer a range of options from conservative to surgical management.
After graduating from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Dr. Barr trained at St. Louis University, completing residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to clinical work, Barr is active in the American Urogynecologic Society and enjoys mentoring young professionals. She also loves to exercise and travel with her family.

Dr. Sallie Oliphant
MD, MS, FACOG
Dr. Oliphant, a urogynecologist in Little Rock, has been providing specialized Urogynecology care to the women of Arkansas since 2013. She chose Urogynecology because of the profound impact treatment can have on a woman’s quality of life. She enjoys educating her patients about their conditions so they can be well-informed and make choices that meet their personal treatment goals.
After graduation from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, Dr. Oliphant pursued residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. She has a particular interest in the effects of childbirth on pelvic health and continues to do research in this area. In her free time, she enjoys running, baking, and reading. She and her husband have three amazing children and a menagerie of pets.

Becca Austin
APRN, MNSc, WHNP-BC
Becca Austin has been working as a nurse practitioner in Urogynecology since 2011. She cares for patients with interstitial cystitis, recurrent urinary tract infections, overactive bladder, pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual health concerns, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause. She is passionate about providing individualized care for a diverse population of patients.
An Arkansas native, Becca graduated from Hendrix College and went on to earn her nursing and advanced nursing degrees from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Nursing. In her free time she enjoys running, reading, trying new foods, and collecting all sorts of hobbies. She has boy-girl twins, two poodles, and a revolving cast of porch kitties.

Lindsey Huett
APRN, MNSc, WHNP-BC
Lindsey Huett is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of nursing experience focused on women’s healthcare. A long-time resident of Arkansas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama.
Lindsey has been working with Drs. Barr and Oliphant in the field of Urogynecology since 2016, and as their Nurse Supervisor since 2018, leading clinical operations and patient care initiatives. Her background includes high-risk obstetrics, labor and delivery, and clinic-based gynecology. Lindsey is committed to empowering women through personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

Amy Wilson
APRN, MNSc, WHNP-BC, MSCP
Amy Wilson, an Arkansas native, has been working in women’s health since 2001. After graduating from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville she earned her nursing and advanced nursing degrees from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Nursing. She has been working in Urogynecology since 2018 and enjoys providing comprehensive, inclusive, and individualized care to her patients.
She is uniquely board-certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and certified as a Menopause Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society. Amy is married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 daughters, 2 stepchildren, 5 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Claudia Helbig
PA-C
Claudia Helbig has been working in Urogynecology since early 2024, allowing her to focus on her passion for women’s health. She has a particular interest in patient education and caring for surgical patients. As such, she is a key part of our surgical team, helping patients get ready for surgery, assisting in the operating room, and seeing them for postsurgical visits in clinic.
After completing her undergraduate education at Harding University, Claudia stayed at Harding to pursue her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. A native of southeast Texas, Claudia grew to love central Arkansas and its people and has been here ever since. When not working, Claudia enjoys reading, knitting and crocheting, patio gardening, and baking sourdough bread.
